Academic Initiatives
• To address the critical issue of limited teacherstudent interaction and high absenteeism prevalent in the current education system, we partnered with Hans Foundation and Expetra to launch an interactive learning program.
• Teams comprising young professionals and postgraduates were deployed periodically to mentor students resulting in 90% pass rate and topranking students in block and state level from Janta Inter College Kolakhal and Nainidanda.
• It also led to a notable increase in the number of students achieving First Division.
